Fever caused by exogenous pathogens, also called upper respiratory infection(URI), refers to a classification of exogenous diseases induced by invasion of six pathogenic factors into the body leading to disharmony between nutrient Qi and defensive Qi and imbalance of Yin and Yang. As an extremely common symptom or sign, it is frequently seen in various processes of acute and chronic diseases. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has achieved a certain efficacy in the treatment of fever caused by exogenous pathogens, such as modified formulae, Chinese patent drugs, self-made formulae, acupuncture, moxibustion and so on. This article mainly explored the key points of common syndromes, TCM nursing methods and health guidance of fever caused by exogenous pathogens, in order to further develop the advantages of TCM, improve its efficacy and standardize its nursing behavior.

The muscle spasm is a common complication of post-stroke hemiplegia, and is featured with upper limb flexor spasms and lower limb extensor muscle spasms. It seriously affects the motor function and activity of daily life in patients after stroke. The cuttent treatment methods usually include high doses of oral medication, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, kinesitherapy, traditional Chinese medicine decoction. However, these therapies have relatively high complications and low tolerance of patients. MOTOmed Viva2 movement training combined with acupoint ironing with Chinese herbs shows a good effect in treatment of muscle spasm after stroke. With advantages of being easy to use, less adverse reactions and high compliance of patients, it can effectively improve the body movement function of patients.

Objective To investigate the hand hygiene in medical personnel and nosocomial infection control. Methods 〓Totally 82 medical workers receiving routine hand hygiene management from July, 2016 to December, 2016 were included as the control group, another 85 medical workers receiving continuous hand hygiene management from January, 2017 to June, 2017 were included as the observation group. The hand hygiene compliance of medical workers was assessed. The incidence of nosocomial infection was observed. The relationship between hand hygiene compliance and nosocomial infection was analyzed. Results 〓The hand hygiene compliance of doctors and nurse at each checkpoint was higher than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The hand hygiene compliance of logistics workers in the observation group was higher than that of controls at checkpoint before contacting with patients and sterilization operation respectively, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The rate of nosocomial infection was 0.50% of 400 patients selected between July, 2016 and December, 2016, and was 2.25% of 400 patients selected between January, 2017 and June, 2017, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The hand hygiene compliance was negatively related with the nosocomial infection rate(r=-0.915, P=0.008). Conclusion 〓It is required to continuously enhance the hand hygiene compliance of medical workers, which in turn could reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.

Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude of nursing students to nurses' standardized training system, and to provide the basis for improving relevant policies. Methods 〓A convenient sampling method was used to recruit nursing students. A survey based on the self-designed questionnaire was conducted to 230 recruited nursing students. SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the collected data. Results 〓A total of 190 nursing students completed the questionnaire, and the effective collection rate was 82.61%(190/230). The results showed that the awareness of nursing students to nurses' standardized training policies was dominated by“partial understanding”. In terms of attitudes to nurses' standardized training, there were statistically differences on hospital-related policies, quality of teachers and general attitudes toward training between nursing students with different educational level(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓It is necessary to increase publicity through multiple channels due to low awareness of nursing students to nurses' standardized training. More efforts should be made to improve supporting policies, motivate nursing students, and promote the overall quality of the nurse team.
