1例高龄新型冠状病毒感染合并高血压患者的中西医结合护理体会

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文总结1例高龄新型冠状病毒感染合并高血压患者的护理经验。基于辨证分型，采取中西医结合护理干预，在护理评估、消毒隔离、病情观察、口腔护理、健康指导、心理护理等常规护理的基础上，开展耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、皮内针等中医特色技术联合物理疗法，有效改善临床症状，促进患者早日康复。

Abstract: This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice of an elderly hypertensive patient with COVID-19. An integrative nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint application and intradermal needling were carried out in addition to the routine nursing interventions including nursing evaluation, disinfection and isolation, illness condition monitoring, oral care, health education, psychological care and so on. The integrative nursing practice is effective to relieve the clinical symptom and improve the rehabilitation of the patient.
